In order to further enhance the team cohesion and create a positive corporate culture atmosphere, CRUKING Company recently organized its staff to go to Guilin, where the mountains and waters are the best in the world, to carry out a three-day group building tour. The trip not only allowed everyone to get close to nature and relax, but also deepened the understanding and friendship between colleagues during the trip, which was full of rewards.
Early in the morning, the company team arrived in Guilin
from Xiamen, kicking off the prelude of the group-building trip. In the
afternoon, everyone was excited to climb the city card of Guilin - Elephant
Trunk Hill, the trunk of the elephant drinking through the river, a peculiar
scene, we have taken photos to commemorate. Afterwards, they strolled to
Yung-Sug Lake, where the lake, mountains and greenery reflected each other, as
if stepping into a quiet ink painting. In the evening, we walked through the
East-West Lane full of ancient charm and tasted the authentic Guilin rice
noodle and snail noodle, we felt the history and fireworks of the city of
Guilin in a leisurely manner.
Early the next morning, the team took a bus to Xingping
Li River, known as the “Hundred Mile Gallery”, when the boat tour, the Li River
is like a belt, the mountains on both sides of the river are superimposed, the
water surface reflection is like a painting, which is refreshing and relaxing.
Many colleagues said, “This is the first time I really understand the meaning
of the phrase ‘Guilin has the best landscape in the world’.” In the afternoon,
we visited the Moon Mountain, where the natural stone caves are like the moon,
with endless changes, which attracted everyone's continuous marvel. Then we
went to the fantastically splendid Yinzi Rock, where the stalactites in the
cave are intertwined with light and shadow and have thousands of different
shapes, as if we had entered a crystal clear underground palace.
On the last day of the trip, we started a romantic and
cozy bamboo rafting trip in a group of two in the Yulong River, accompanied by
green mountains and water, with the sound of streams and birds singing,
releasing the tension and fatigue from the work in the weekdays at this moment.
Afterwards, we came to the pleasant scenery of Guihaiqinglan, the green grass
looked very vibrant in the sunshine, and we took photos in groups to record the
wonderful memories. In the afternoon, the team went to the airport and embarked
on the return trip.
This trip to Guilin not only allowed everyone to enjoy
the natural beauty, but also brought colleagues closer to each other and
enhanced communication and collaboration. On the way back, employees said,
“This trip makes people feel especially warm, the company not only pays attention
to work, but also cares about everyone's physical and mental health.” It is
believed that through this activity, the cohesion and centripetal force of the
team will be further enhanced, and in the future work, we will devote ourselves
to our positions with more enthusiasm, and jointly help CRUKING to develop and
grow continuously!
