Temperatures are rising, and the hot summer has brought severe tests to the mixer trucks. In order to guarantee the normal operation of mixer trucks in summer and improve the attendance rate, the maintenance experience is organized as follows.
During the construction process, water reducer can be reasonably used or fly ash can be used to replace part of the cement to reduce the amount of cement. If long-distance transportation, you can add retarder to control the concrete setting time, but to strictly control the amount of retarder mixing to ensure that it plays an effective role.
· Take good care of the engine
Engine as the truck's “heart”, summer should avoid overloaded operation. When traveling, we should always pay attention to the water temperature table changes. When the water temperature exceeds 100 ℃, should immediately stop in the shade to cool down, and a comprehensive inspection of the engine. After parking, let the engine idle, while lifting the hood to enhance the cooling effect.
· Prevention of battery water loss
Summer temperatures are high, the battery electrolyte water evaporation fast, easy to lead to battery water loss, early damage. Therefore, it is necessary to frequently check the height of the liquid level in the battery, add distilled water in a timely manner to ensure that the battery is in good working condition.
· Strict control of tire pressure
Tire pressure management should not be ignored, if you do not pay attention to the tires will be overheating and shorten the service life. Check the tire pressure at least once every half month in summer, avoid driving for a long time, if you need to wade in the water, you should wait for the tire temperature to decrease before passing.
· Comprehensively check all kinds of meters
During the high temperature season, the machine is prone to overheating and abnormal operation of parts due to the rising temperature. In summer, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the engine cooling system, including the water tank, thermostat, water pump, fan, etc., and add the cooling water in time; check whether there is overheating, abnormal noise phenomenon of various motors and electrical appliances, and whether the instrumentation indication is normal; and clean the air filter, clean the air intake pipeline, and replace the oil filter on a regular basis.
· Clean the mixing tank regularly
Before each loading, moisten the inlet with water; after loading, rinse the residual concrete with water; after unloading, clean the outlet first, then inject 30-40L of fresh water into the tank to clean the inside, and discharge the sewage before the next loading. Before closing, thoroughly clean the concrete storage tank and the area around the inlet and outlet to prevent cement and concrete from caking.
Through the above comprehensive and detailed maintenance measures, the mixer truck will be able to cope with the challenges of summer in the best condition, and run efficiently and stably in the hot summer, contributing to the various construction endeavors.
