successfully concluded its 2026 “Braving Challenges: Xiao Hong Mao” Newcomer
Competition. After two months of training, hands-on practice, and assessments,
the participating newcomers made significant progress in business skills,
communication techniques, and professional conduct. This competition provided a
systematic development platform for newcomers in foreign trade and also offered
valuable experience for the company’s talent development efforts.
As a key training initiative for newly
hired sales staff, this competition attracted enthusiastic participation from
many new employees. Through two consecutive months of practical training,
participants continuously enhanced their professional skills, gained experience
through hands-on operations and collaborative learning, and deepened their
understanding of foreign trade operations.
During the competition, the company
designed four rounds of assessments tailored to the practical needs of foreign
trade operations. Participants took part in various competition segments,
including product launches on Alibaba International, an “Outstanding English
Email” contest, and English presentations. The assessment content closely
aligned with daily business scenarios, focusing on product operations, business
communication, English proficiency, and overall communication skills.
Throughout the competition, participants
prepared diligently, actively showcased their abilities, and fully leveraged
their strengths. Whether in product information releases, business email
composition, or English presentations, everyone demonstrated strong learning
capabilities and professional competence. Following a comprehensive evaluation,
several employees achieved outstanding results thanks to their exceptional
performance.
This New Employee Competition not only
helped new employees enhance their professional skills but also strengthened
